Extended Abstract (Two-Page Summary Paper)
An extended abstract is a two-page summary peer-reviewed paper that is accepted for presentation at a technical session and publication in the soft bound conference proceedings. Two-page summary paper may include diagrams, graphs, charts, photos and a small amount of text to illustrate major points of paper.
Paper length: 2 pages (fully formatted, two-column, A4 pages)
Physical size: No more than 1 MB
Full Paper (Final Paper)
A technical publication is a full-length, peer-reviewed paper that is accepted for presentation at a technical session and publication in the conference proceedings. Requires a two-page summary paper upon submittal for consideration; if accepted, a final paper are required.
Paper length: Maximum 10 pages (fully formatted, two-column, A4 pages)
Physical size: No more than 2 MB
Two-Page Summary Paper Preparation
You'll need to submit a two-page summary paper for technical review. Once your two-page summary paper has been accepted for publication, you will be asked to submit a full paper. Softbound proceedings of the ICHVAC-2 conference will include the accepted two-page summary papers and Compact-Disc (CD) proceedings will contain the full papers.
Please note the following.
- Your two-page summary paper must be prepared in a two column format.
- Because a PDF and DOC of the two-page summary paper are required for publication, authors should follow the paper preparation instructions included in the ICHVAC-2, Paper Formatting and Preparation.
- Your Two-page summary paper must include the proper header. The conference-specific header can be found below.
- Your two-page summary paper must be submitted as a both PDF and DOC files.

Final paper preparation
Once your two-page summary paper has been accepted for publication, you will be asked to submit a final paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Please note the following.
- Your final paper must be prepared in accordance with the ICHVAC-2 Formatting and Preparation.
- Your final paper must include the proper header. The conference-specific header can be found below.
Your final paper must be submitted as a both PDF and DOC files.
